Max_HocoB, thank you for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. Do you have lo-menubar installed? What extensions do you have installed? Does this happen on every document or just a particular one?

Yes, there is one extension menubar.
for any document that happens (write, calc ....) new old

had to remove the package "lo-menubar" and everything worked fine
