Bug Description

Hardy and Dapper landscape-client packages are handled differently because back then LC wasn't in ubuntu main. So they are in our private repository at landscape.canonical.com and require a special release process which I forgot to do.

Packages built, doing a quick run on our hardy and dapper test machines.
