Bug Description

Binary package hint: xubuntu-artwork

in Xubuntu most programms maximized windows verticall scrollbar right side far end isnt clickable
Its in Xubuntu 11.04 appearance Style Greybird
Its easyr to move mouse to far right side and then just click and move mouse up or down. to do that is needed to just remove border pixel and make design of scrollbar same widness so it looks like there no difference in design.
Easy peasy and logical right?

i can try that, but to be honest i'm not very optimistic this will end up looking good.

since we're currently reviewing the scrollbar-style i'll take this into consideration though.
