I have already installed this application, doing this apt-get install python-lzma

No problem.

However, if you are installing python-pyliblzma 0.5.3-0ppa9~natty

You can have more problems

There is an open issue of s3ql here http://code.google.com/p/s3ql/issues/detail?id=248

Additionally, if you follow their installation from here http://code.google.com/p/s3ql/wiki/installation_debian

An user will have this problem in ubuntu 11.04

In a terminal
root@TheRiddle:/home/guillem# sudo apt-get install s3ql

You can experiment this broken package.
 s3ql : Depèn: python-llfuse (>= 0.31) però no serà instal·lat

python-pyliblzma is not a package in Ubuntu. The version number indicates it was probably a package from a PPA somewhere.
It's conflicting with python-lzma, which *is* a package in Ubuntu, and the correct package name to provide lzma.so.

Remove python-pyliblzma, and tell that PPA's owner that they should delete it, it's clearly a problem.
