update version of mumble-django package

Binary package hint: mumble-django

For next release can someone update the version of this package. Source can be gotten from here, but it seems like it is also in debian testing.

The current release of mumble-django, 2.7, is available in Ubuntu 12.10 Alpha "Quantal Quetzal."
