Thank you for you bug report. Can you please try to change
http://nz.archive.ubuntu.com
to
http://archive.ubuntu.com
or
replace nz with another country code. than run sudo apt-get update and see if it connects to them. it looks to me nz repos are down.

Rejecting because the problem is on the server side. As far as i know they should be given a report of what is failing (whomever admins the server). They should get to it as soon as they can.
