Bug Description
It is not possible to deploy a new certificate with the OCS packager.
I want to upgrade my OCS clients to 2.0 with a new cacert.pem.
I've created a new ocspackage.exe included with the new cacert.pem.
If the ocspackage upgrades the agent from 1.x to 2.0 it overwrites the old cacert.pem to new one.
