Imrpove UI with I/O 2011 specs

- No more labels above edit boxes but as grey text within boxes.
- Will have to add View activities eventually (if list and insert edit fragments are shown together then list will show a blank new item, so make edit full screen and use view instead in normal usage)
- Use 16dip baseline grid for order and rest
- Look at iosched code.
- Perhaps add Carrousel or FragmentPager
- xlarge-v11
- use new interface builder tools
- ActivityHelpers etc.
- Up action
- Header to indicate Collection on top of items list view?
