Saved a PDF form with data, but unable to open this file in Windows

I downloaded a PDF file from internet that had fillable fields. After entering some data, I saved a copy of pdf. Then when tried to open this file from Windows, Adobe acrobat reader is unable to open this file.

open the attached pdf in ubuntu 10.x and enter some values in the fields and save the file. Then open the .pdf in Windows XP in Adobe acrobat reader.

do you get the same with epdfview? that might be a poppler issue.
