MMC card and Micro SD card are not working properly

MMC card and Micro sd cards on insertion give a lot of error messages.
The error message is like.

mmcblk1: error -123 sending read/write command, response 0x0, card status 0x0
end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk1, sector 122
mmcblk1: error -123 sending status command
mmcblk1: error -123 sending read/write command, response 0x0, card status 0x0
end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk1, sector 123
mmcblk1: error -123 sending status command
mmcblk1: error -123 sending read/write command, response 0x0, card status 0x0

MMC card is of 2Gb
Micro SD card. 4gb card was working fine but 8gb, 16gb and 32gb are giving the above error

I've noticed these kinds of failures with lower speed SD cards. What class cards are you testing ?

We are using class 2 micro-sd cards with model no:SDSDQM-004G-B35N , SDSDQM-008G-B35N , SDSDQM-016G-B35N, SDSDQM-032G-B35N

MMC card we are using DNA GOLD MMC Mobile 2GB . Its class is not known.

Hari: Can you try higher speed card and see if you have the same problem?
