in image gallery, choosing individual files won't allow selecting from Site Files

in /view/blocks.php

block type is image gallery,
when the 2nd option is selected, when you click on SIte Files nothing happens
Without JS on, it goes to a page /view/blocks.php?... (without the wwwroot before it)
WIth JS on, the hover over link shows the same (without wwwroot)

Expected: viewing site files

It seems that it doesn't matter for the wwwroot unless you are using JS, in which case the link isn't right anyway.

I found a way you can switch between tabs. If on the first option you select Site files, then select "I will choose indi..." then click site files it works, but you can't go back :), unless you go back to the "Display all images..." option then click "My files" then you can go back to 2nd and click my files. but can't go between the two without going to the correct one in the first box.

This is probably cropping up other places as well

on second thought, none of the other blocks has the two options of different selection, and all work fine.
