Bug Description
Creating two projects with the same display name fails because our database model says the display name attribute should be unique, but the formencode schema doesn't currently enforce this.
To fix, *either* the database model should treat displayname as a free text field, *or* the formencode schema should check for the uniqueness of the displayname attribute.
Probably the former makes more sense.
