E:Encountered a section with no Package: header

Binary package hint: update-manager

When running update-manager, I get this error. Also receive it when running apt-get update.

'E:Encountered a section with no Package: header, E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/us.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_multiverse_i18n_Translation-en, E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.'

Running 11.04, problem just started today.

Couldn't file it through Apport, for whatever reason.

The content of the file is

Do you have a hardware that returns this content instead of a 404 when a remove file doesn't exists ?

Does it fix the problem if you remove the file /var/lib/apt/lists/us.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_multiverse_i18n_Translation-en and try to update again ?

That /was/ the plain text file.

The contents of that file is html, and is exactly that error. (The 404)
