Bug Description
Hi
Just realised that LottaNZB had moved to SABNzbd just because of this problem (which I have had in the past with SABNzbd with no solution found). When a download starts, the speed will slowly decrease and will eventually stop. I use Giganews Diamond and have optical fiber internet access. I am using Ubuntu 11.04. I have tried emptying the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling Sabnzbd and LottaNZB but nothing seems to work. If I disconnect from the server or kill LottaNZB and then restart, the speed will usually go back to max and then reduce again.
