Bug Description
Create a helper script which can be run on a machine to collect some basic information to assist in diagnosing problems with an installation. Information collected can include information about:
OS
Apache
MySQL
PHP (version, modules installed, etc)
FFmpeg version/formats,
Config.ini
etc
