Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

When people want to email me using reply to sender...the address is wrong in the send to;
My email is <email address hidden> but when you click reply to sender my address is changed to]
<email address hidden> . Please note that the ( e ) is missing in bradley. Thanks

Yes...this is reproducible....I sent myself an email and the email
address changes from <email address hidden> to
<email address hidden> note that the ( e ) is missing in the
return or reply address.

To fix ... I do not know...I was hoping you would help me.. rogers tech
people are not familiar with Linux operating system.

Basically whenever someone tries to to use reply to sender in the email
sent to them by me ...the email will not send ... Please help me fix
it.

Hi,

Did you put anything into the 'Reply-to' field in the Evolution setup? Please do the following:

1.) Go to Edit > Preferences
2.) Select your mail account which has this problem and click the 'Edit' button on the left hand side
3.) Check the contents of the 'Reply-To' field
