Better commit action

Bug Description

I never use commit inside pida, because i can't see which files is going to be commited before action.
A way to resolve this is to retreive all modified/added/removed files, show it to user in a selectbox (all are checked by default), with a commit message.

(we need to do a vc.cmd_get_statuses recursively... :)

And after, we can make a patch maker. :)
