Bug Description
Most of the errors are around a missing "SEQUENCE" attribute, with some missing "NOTNULL" attributes, and a handful of other errors.
The "SEQUENCE" attribute should be changed to "optional" in the XSD, the others updated to reflect current database setting in the XML file.

As part of this fix, it would be nice to add a validation check in the "minaccept" target of the makefile so that Jenkins would catch any offenders promptly :)
