avr-libc manual missing figures

The pdf manual (/usr/share/doc/avr-libc/avr-libc-user-manual.pdf.gz) that accompanies avr-libc is missing the figures.

Compare for example section 3.1 with the one available online (http://savannah.nongnu.org/download/avr-libc/avr-libc-user-manual-1.7.1.pdf.bz2)

The equivalent debian (6.0.1 squeeze) pdf file on the other hand is complete.
