Shane, thank you for your bug report !

Due to some new features and package standards of Software Center in Ubuntu 11.04, there is a warning about the "naming" of an application. As you see in the warning message it is due to lowercase naming of the application. Instead of 2clickupdate, it is named 2ClickUpdate which is more easy to read.

You can safely install and use 2Click Update. This bug is not affecting the program its self. It is just a warring about the non-lowercase naming of 2Click Update.

In future release I will use the 2clickupdate name instead of 2ClickUpdate.

Thanks again for your bug report !
