The recent changes in libid3tag seem to break every application which
is linked dynamically against it (see "apt-cache showpkg libid3tag0"
for reverse depends), i tested 2 of them: vdr-plugin-mp3, which i
maintain and vlc, both do not work anymore, but work very well with
libid3tag0 0.15.1b-1.

Package: libid3tag0-dev
Version: 0.15.1b-2

I am getting errors when running my application after installing the latest
version of libid3tag:
"ERROR: /usr/lib/libid3tag.so.0: undefined symbol: id3_frametype_unknown"
This is working fine with the previous version.
