Image Keeps Disappearing from Reference Manual

The image embedded in this page keeps disappearing:
https://karl.soros.org/offices/nyc/help-desk/user-manuals/checking-webmail

Everything appears to be fine when you first upload it, but then when you return to the page, the link is broken. The image has been uploaded 3 times now and the same thing keeps happening. Perhaps this is an edge case on using the Image Drawer in a reference manual?

I'm going to assign this to Balazs. I looked at the HTML and saw this:

<img src="/TEMP/beac4ddb-cc4a-48c9-8165-da052992f6f2/thumb/800x800.jpg"

...which shouldn't be happening.

This actually seems more likely to be something for me (server side) than something for Balasz (client side). I'll steal this one and give it back if I find I'm mistaken.

I suppose there are some sitting in the HTML strings in the database, <img src=""> pointing at /tmp, right?

Yes. I suppose I could write an evolve script to try to find them, but in
most cases the image will be gone, so I'm not sure what good can really be
done here. Open to ideas.
