Install task of Pinta.Install.proj does not use InstallPrefix

Bug Description
I am trying to install Pinta, using
> xbuild /target:Install /property:
but Pinta installs to /usr/local nonetheless.
Looking at the proj file I find that the InstallPrefix property is not being used.
Please have a look at the attached patch - it fixes the problem.
