Holopy should be able to tell when a reconstruction is "in focus"

The literature has many autofocus algorithms, many even intended for holograms. We should implement one or more of them because manually hunting for focus is annoying. The glitch of course is that the algorithms don't necessarily work very well, especially on complicated images.
