Bug Description

Installing gvoice-notifier from the PPA installs python-distutils-extra, which results in a number of other development packages (autoconf automake autotools-dev intltool m4) being pulled in, I think unnecessarily.

This might be fixable by removing python-distutils-extra as from "Depends:" but leaving it in "Build-Depends:"
