If bug 781669 is fixed then we should add the ability to subscribe other people too.

To what level should this go? Should this be available to everyone, or only track leads and above? I guess it is technically possible to subscribe anyone to a blueprint, which would have the same effect as allowing everyone to subscribe people to a meeting.
