Dual display problem with second monitor

Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

After enable the second monitor which attached onto ATI X550 display card, it shows 60% normal display on the second monitor on the left hand side and there is 40% screen with black and white lines/spaces on the right hand side. Please find a screenshot for the problem as per attached.
