kde crashes by changing window-size from 'konsole'

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdebase
Kubuntu 11.04, KDE 4.6.2, Konsole 2.6.2., NVIDIA graphics driver with 3D support
The crash occurs allways if i try to change the window size from 'Konsole' to bigger.
KDE freezes and the only way out is to reset the kompleet system.
