Bug Description
I should be able to cancel out of the app creation wizard at any time and there will be no draft remaining in the Dev Portal.

Cancelling the app creation wizard wasn't proposed in the initial design. Apps can be deleted at any later point at the moment, but we need to confirm if allowing the user to cancel the initial submit workflow wouldn't be a good idea too (sounds reasonable!).
