Libreoffice is not focused when opening a document

Bug Description
Binary package hint: libreoffice
If I'm opening a document (odt for example) by double-clicking on it I expect Libreoffice to pop up and open the document. Instead the document seems to be opened but libreoffice doesn't come to focus. To see the document I have to click in the folder, then I can choose the launcher in the Unity starter to open the document.
Sometimes even this doesn't work and I have to close the document by right-clicking on the launcher and re-opening it again.
