Bug Description

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

After I updated mozilla-thunderbird to 1.5.0.9-0ubuntu0.6.10 and started Thundebird, I saw the interface, but it isn't responding and a few small things aren't loaded. The onlye way I can stop Thundebird is by forcing it.

This is my hardware database id: 7f1982c3df26a5f7ccc4b307baaa7a3e
My computer is old and sometimes it freezes(is that correct English?), like it did a few minutes after the update, so I had to restart it with the reset button.

Thanks for your report. Are you able to use Thunderbird at all, or does it crash every time now? Also, is a crash report left behind? If so, please attach it to help debug this problem.

I also had segment(ation ??) fault, but unexpected it works now.
I saw the interface, it actually didn't crashed, but some items weren't loaded and the interface wasn't reacting. I had to kill te application. There isn't/wasn't a crash report left behind.

The same. But not only thunderbird. Also many other application (flashplayer, kopete).
I try to degrade libx11, gtk and some other packages, and only libc6 left. I think that here is can be a problem. But i can't downgrade it to check, because it lead to total system downgrade.
