Bug Description

If Internet connection is not available -- as with secured WiFi access -- the applet doesn't start. In effect the autostart option is ineffective and I have to run it manually once I connect.

It should start anyway but use cached/last or no data.

Here, at work place, we have to authenticate ourselfves with the proxy/web portal to be able to navigate on Internet.
When my-weather-indicator starts there is network but not internet access and my-weather-indicator crashes at start.
Only after I open a web browser and I am re-directed to the web portal authenticate page I get access to internet.
Now I can start again (in a terminal) the applet and then, it works just fine.
You need to handle this situation and wait until an internet connection be available to get weather data from internet and refresh the applet.
