About Creative Commons page needs changes

I'm not quite sure why this CC page exists actually. Seems more like an orphan.

There needs to be more copy to explain why CC is important for CreationMix and NOT imply a partnership with CC.

Also, there should be a link at the bottom of the content to the Creative Commons page: http://creativecommons.org
