When logging into summit, user is shown with 2 at the end of user name

I registered myself well over an hour ago, but the uds site still gives me the following messages:

If you look at the very top, summit says "Logged in as:" .. What is the username that it shows for you when you are logged in?

It says "eric-canonical2", which is weird. My launchpad login is
eric-canonical.
