Bug Description
Binary package hint: empathy
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 11.04
Release: 11.04
$ apt-cache policy empathy
empathy:
Installed: 2.34.0-0ubuntu3
Candidate: 2.34.0-0ubuntu3
Version table:
*** 2.34.0-0ubuntu3 0
500 http://
100 /var/lib/
I'm using "Ubuntu Classic" (gnome 2 with metacity window manager).
Steps to reproduce:
1) Run Empathy
2) Chat to somebody
3) Right-click on their name in the contact list
4) Choose "Previous Conversations"
5) The window grows horizontally until it reaches the right edge of the screen. Then it keeps growing until it reaches the left edge of the screen. Then it keeps growing to the right again. It makes no difference if the window is maximised or not. It still grows forever!
What I expected to happen:
The window should open at some size and it should stay that size.
Thanks.
