Invisible window caused by Application switcher plugins

After switching windows using Application switcher or Static application switcher compiz plugins, the invisible top-most window appears and blocks mouse actions for other windows.

I believe this will probably be a duplicate of bug #709461. Although it's not immediately obvious, that is the bug that all other duplicates of this bug have been directed to.
