Using a classic desktop and JOSM 4064 from http://josm.openstreetmap.de/josm-tested.jar with Sun Java
unity-window-decorator at various points during use. Usually when a popup/progress dialogue window starts/ends. Working on instructions to reliably replicate bug.

To replicate - open JOSM.
1) Download some data - File=>Download from OSM. Don't need much - for example past http:// www.openstreetm ap.org/ ?lat=53. 6471&lon= -1.7822& zoom=13 in bounding box and download.
2) Open up anon.gpx (see attachment)
3) On the layers panel at the right hand side, right click on anon.gpx and select "Download from OSM along this track". Select 50m, 10km and track only then click ok. Click ok on message box.
4) OSM will start download data. Eventually a warning will come up regarding some data been potentially out of date - click check on server.
unity- window- decorator then crashes
I've also had it crash when:
*Loading up photos
*Uploading data to OSM
*Unpinning some of the panels
