Bug Description

We need a PHP module to generate Libravatar image URLs for any PHP software wanting to easily add Libravatar support.

Ideally, it should then become part of PEAR:

  http://pear.php.net/manual/en/standards.php
  http://pear.php.net/pepr/

Idea for the name: HTML_Libravatar (in the HTML category: http://pear.php.net/packages.php?catpid=10&catname=HTML)
