Firefox 4 don´t change web page language to Spanish

Bug Description
When I go to ubuntu-tweak.com with Firefox 4 the page displays in english and I have Spanish in first position in preferences. This does not happen with Internet Explorer or Firefox 3.6, so I don´t know if it´s a Firefox 4 bug or web page bug. Could you check it, please?

My firefox is OK.
Please open your Firefox Preferences -> Content -> Languages, click the "Choose" button to see the settings.
