First login attempt to last.fm doesn't open browser tab

When I first clicked on the "Log in to last.fm" button nothing seemed to happen. After clicking "Try again" it finally opened a Firefox tab.

Is this issue reproducible? because maybe there was a delay between when you have pressed "Log in to last.fm" and your browser trying to display last.fm web page (maybe you didn't noticed that the page was already opened)

This is happening for me too, if I click on 'sign up for last.fm' then it opens a browser tab to create an account, but when I click Authorise for last.fm it does nothing and clicking log in just closes the log in window but doesn't actually do anything and neither of the last.fm plugins work.

All seems to work fine for me in Oneiric. Admittedly there's a bit of a pause between pressing Login and getting the browser window up, but that can be expected.

Can you please see if you can check on Oneiric or with most recent Banshee updates on Natty?
