Bug Description

Sorry for my English ... I have problem with suspend. While it appears to turn off properly when I press the button to restart the computer it starts as if I had to disable shut down, not suspend. In ubuntu 10.10 functioned normally without problem. From what I've been looking at forums I've found that the same problem and have other sony vaio laptops. Someone mentioned that upgrading the bios corrected the problem. I'll check it. It is strange, however, because the 10.10 operating normally ...

Also another problem is that I do not recognize the card reader in no linux version I've tried ... But this is not a big problem for me because they do not use it ... But it is still a problem.

Looking at the attachments in this bug report, I noticed that "kern.log" was flagged as a patch. A patch contains changes to an Ubuntu package that will resolve a bug, since this was not one I've unchecked the patch flag for it. In the future keep in mind the definition of a patch. You can learn more about what qualifies as a patch at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Patches. Thanks!

Sorry for the above. I am not an experienced user launchpad as well as my English is not good ... In the future I'll be more careful.

In other distributions of linux, such as the debian wheezy, do not face a similar problem with suspend. Not to 10.10.

Also point out that following the instructions from the forum of ubuntu http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1036051 doing again compile the DSDT file showed me about 160 errors which I do not know how to fix it. I do not know if this is related to the problem.
