Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
Some graphical applications like JungleDisk (proprietary) and IPBlock are run as root on my system (it's either recommended - for JungleDisk, or mandatory - for IPBlock).
Problems:
* These apps cannot be pinned to the Unity bar. To be more exact, they appear to be pinned but it lasts only for the duration of the currently running application instance (or try restarting the system if it still appears to be pinned after restarting the app)
* Sometimes, they are wrongly matched to the icons of other running applications (meaning that JungleDisk for example will be restored when pressing the icon for Krusader on the Unity Bar)

That's probably because the apps are launched by gksu, and bamf doesn't handle that well.
