Bug Description
A maximized, unfocussed window can't be resized or closed, because its window buttons are not visible. So to resize or close you have to focus first. This makes these actions a two step procedure, where it's a one step procedure without Unity.

If I open two windows (e.g.: firefox and deluge) and one of them pops in front of the other (i.e., unfocused), if I click on the close button to close the poped window it mistakenly closes the window below, the focused but hidden one. EVERYTIME.
