Bug Description

REVU currently thinks that Natty and 3.9.1 are the latest distribution and Standards-Version. Please correct it.

Fixed the first part (Natty -> Oneiric). The Standards-Version part needs a lintian backport.

lintian was backported, so now there are no obstacles to updating it on the REVU server.
