Please sync live-boot 3.0~a16-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only Ubuntu change was to adjust the dependencies of the live-initramfs
package. That package no longer exists, and the remainder of the current
control file in Debian needs no adjustment.
