Bug Description
After installing Feisty Herd 1 on an Intel motherboard model BOXD102GGC2L, the onboard Realtek RTL-8139/

Disabling IRQ #20
So, as mentionned in the error, I tried rebooting with the "irqpoll" kernel option and the network interface worked!
Please update to the latest kernel in feisty. Currently that is 2.6.20-4
