Exception when removing a plugin without any menu's

Bug Description

When installing a plugin without any menu's in its configuration, an exception will be thrown when trying to uninstall the plugin.

The following error is produced:
Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
The error occurred in file /var/www/ftfadmin/plugins/PHPDevShell/models/menuStructure.query.php at line 178
