Please sync tntnet 1.6.3-4.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Changes were taken from debian BTS so now the package can be synced, it build
fine in oneiric.

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * [debian/patches/ftbfs_gold.diff] Fix FTBFS with
