 I don't know how or when that page is updated regarding remved packages
 but:

Hi Pere,

the fact that QA does still have it, doesn't mean the archive still has
it:
http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_packages.pl?keywords=doc%2B%2B&searchon=names&subword=1&version=unstable&release=all

or just try "apt-cache showpkg doc++" to see which Packages still list
it available for download. For me that's only the installed and stable
version showing.
