Bug Description

bluetooth service is not present after a boot sequence on a freeshly installed kubuntu 11.04

sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth start
solve this but
sudo update-rc.d bluetooth defaults
 System start/stop links for /etc/init.d/bluetooth already exist.

So it seems that some hardware "delay" the initialitation of bluetooth interface,
so when bluetooth is started, it detects no interfaces and quits.

I am facing this problem in Ubuntu 10.10 with kernel 3.0.6 too - with exactly the same response from the terminal.

$ sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth start
--> Bkluetooth Manager starts and bluetooth mouse works
$ sudo update-rc.d bluetooth defaults
 System start/stop links for /etc/init.d/bluetooth already exist.

This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report against it and we will take it from there.
